Purchases made from Monday October 25th 2021 can be returned up until January 30th 2022. Our standard 30 day policy resumes on January 2nd 2022
Refunds & Exchanges
Customers must present original sales receipt, e-receipt or alternative proof of purchase, e.g. credit card statement, which clearly states date of purchase, price, and method of payment to obtain a refund or exchange
The product must have the tags attached, and all relevant packaging. We cannot accept footwear/boots back without the correct box/packaging.
For returns of Online purchases, customers must present the Confirmation Mail from the order which will outline date of purchase, price, and method of payment.
Refunds are not permitted on items returned with only a gift receipt. An exchange or a gift-card to the current selling price of the item will be offered.
Any refunds will be done in the same method of payment. Credit/Debit Card/One4All refunds must go back onto the original Credit/Debit Card/One4All card used for purchase; alternatively an Intersport Elverys Gift Card will be issued.
Intersport Elverys cannot refund back onto FromMe2You cards, Shopping Centre Gift Cards etc. Refunds will be onto Intersport Elverys Gift Cards in this case.
Swimwear can only be accepted for return if the hygiene strip is in place.
We can’t accept returns of facemasks/coverings or underwear.
Purchases of Intersport Elverys Gift Cards cannot be refunded.
Personalised/Customised items (e.g. printed jerseys) cannot be returned unless faulty.
If you wish to return an item bought as part of a multi-buy (e.g. 3 for 2, Buy One Get One Free, Buy One Get One Half Price etc.) promotion, you will forfeit any saving/benefit made based on the initial multi-buy offer.
